Madeleine Ramon and her purebred Arabian, Mesmeryz, competed at the GAIG and SWDC Championships in November.  They made Top 8 in Training Level Jr. and won Reserve Champion in the Equitation Semi-Finals.  This qualifies them to compete in the national competition!!  Way to go Madeleine and Mez!!!

September 2011

The Fall Schooling Show dates are out.  Please see the Schooling Shows page.
We brought 5 horses to the Fall ADA Show and all our competitors received great scores and placings. Mackenzie Rivers says "goodbye" to Intro/Walk-Trot at this show and heads into Training Level and 13 and under.  Morgan Rivers and Skye Simpson had exceptional scores all weekend.  Jennifer Delmer placed very high in huge Training Level classes with scores in the high 60's.  Madeleine Ramon rode her first First Level test and then her horse had some lameness problems, it was disappointing but, luckily, he is fine now.
Our "Ride For the Cure" team raised $1500 to benefit breast cancer research.  Our scores placed us first but other teams raised  more money.  The whole event raised over $20,000. Next year we will be ready to raise even more money for the cause!!  Special thanks to Jennifer Delmer for all of her pink-coordinating tack and saddle pads, it really made the occasion special.
We are preparing now to travel to Katy, TX for the Great Southwest Equestrian Center Dressage Platinum Classic.  Madeleine and Mesmeryz, Skye and Sparkie, Mackenzie and Max, and Morgan and Gracie will all attend.
